proposals may only be submitted if the FAPESP research project to which they are linked is valid until at least 12\/30\/2026. For the exchange activities within the scope of this Call, members of the current Research Grant team are eligible, provided that they are previously defined in the aforementioned ongoing project, as: Principal Investigators; Post-doctoral, doctoral or direct doctoral fellows with a FAPESP Fellowship in force during the planned exchange mission. Master's scholarship holders, with and without a FAPESP scholarship, are not eligible in this call.  \t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"description\"><p>The Germany-S\u00e3o Paulo Research Program (Propasp) funds joint research projects conducted by teams in Germany and in the state of S\u00e3o Paulo, in all areas of knowledge. The result of a partnership between the S\u00e3o Paulo Research Foundation (Fapesp) and the DAAD, Propasp provides for the mobility of researchers and students from both teams, in addition to seeking to stimulate the qualification of young researchers. The selected proposals receive funding for two years, with the possibility of extending the funding for up to two additional years (upon submission of a complementary proposal through a new Call for Proposals to be launched in due course by FAPESP and DAAD, which could result in funding for a maximum period of four years). The program supports projects developed in partnership by groups linked to higher education institutions, public or private, at least one in S\u00e3o Paulo and one in Germany. FAPESP funds the S\u00e3o Paulo team with the equivalent of up to \u20ac18,000 per year and the DAAD also grants up to \u20ac18,000 annually to the German team to cover research-related mobility expenses. Teachers from S\u00e3o Paulo must submit their applications to FAPESP. All interested artists have until June 14, 2026 to submit their conceptual ideas for this year's venues under the \"Democracy and Society\" competition. Entries can refer to different locations. A selected jury will evaluate the works. For the realization, the winners will have at their disposal a budget of 7,000 euros per winning entry, in order to develop a 5-minute video until the festival. Within the framework of the festival, from September 11 to 13, 2026, the finished works will be presented in the respective buildings\/objects and exhibited alternately. At the festival itself, one of the winning works will receive an additional prize of 3,000 euros. A strong concept is characterized by historical awareness, architectural understanding, power of abstraction and imagination, narrative flair and a clear vision of the situation on site. Festival staff can provide support for technical realization during the event, so professional knowledge of Videomapping technology is not a mandatory requirement for participation in the contest. The grant is intended for the production of an album (with at least 10 tracks and\/or with a minimum duration of 40 minutes (see regulation), and\/or to accompany the release of the album (production of clips, set design, etc.). The album's release is not expected to be scheduled for before January 2027. The production of a minialbum or EP does not fall within the scope of this scholarship. In the case of group applications, each of the candidates in the same project must meet the following conditions (details in the notice): be at most 30 years old on December 31, 2026; be fluent in French, i.e. be able to present the project written in French and orally before the jury, if selected; have already signed a contract (for the EP or album already released) with an independent label, producer, publisher or digital distributor. Region (UA Ruhr), has a continuous open call for the PhD Exchange program, which funds doctoral students from outside Germany with cooperative research to stay up to six months in Bochum, taking advantage of the institution's structure and learning more about Germany's scientific system and culture. Applications can be submitted at any time, with deadlines on June 15 and December 15 of each year. The idea of the program is to initiate, reactivate and\/or expand bilateral cooperation between researchers. In this regard, RUB hopes that the partner institutions of origin of these researchers will also invite researchers from Bochum for a research stay. To apply, the home university must already have a cooperation agreement with RUB, and funding is \u20ac1,000\/month, for up to six months. Several Brazilian doctoral students have already participated in the program.
